Roundabout display 2d and zoom out
Waze is a great app, but it has a significant drawback — especially when driving in the UK.
The interface elements (such as the arrow and road layout) are too large, which makes it hard to read, particularly at roundabouts. What’s even more problematic is that the view remains in 3D and doesn’t switch to an overhead 2D perspective like Google Maps does, which would make navigating roundabouts much easier.
Additionally, when slowing down, Waze doesn’t seem to handle speed reduction well — the position appears to lag by a few seconds. As a result, it often looks like you’re…

Lift/Swing Bridges
Hamilton/Burlington Ontario, & Niagara Peninsula
We have two roads that pass traffic from Burlington to Hamilton that do not force traffic to be route around the Hamilton Harbour. These roads travel on a isthmus with a water route to pass ships from Lake Ontario into Hamilton Harbour.
The QEW has a high level bridge that goes up and over this waterway
Eastport Drive and Lakeshore Road, come together to cross over the waterway via a lift bridge. This lift bridge could be up for 20+ minutes to pass ship traffic in and out of Hamilton Harbour

Make Android Auto Waze interface way more like iPhone interface
I use Android Auto - The Waze interface is OK. Sometimes, my wife has the address and we cast her Waze to the car screen - it is WAY WAY BETTER. There is never anything covering ip my estimated arrival time on iPhone interface like there is SO OGFTEN in the Android Auto interface. PLEEEEEASE!!

Feature Suggestion: Estimated Time for Each Step in Navigation
Currently, Waze shows the distance for each turn or road segment in the “Next Turns” list. It would be very helpful if, along with the distance, the estimated time to cover each segment was also displayed. For example:
600 m, Modarres Expy → 2 minutes
2.1 km, Resalat Tunnel → 3 minutes
This way, drivers can better understand how much time they will spend in each part of the trip and anticipate which segments might have more traffic or delays. It gives a clearer picture of the journey beyond just distances.

Stop Alterts Reducing - option to turn off familiarity capping
WAZE stores undeletable drive history to determine user's “usual routes”. This history can't be deleted by clearing the drive history in privacy settings. The history stops users receiving permanent ‘driving behaviour’ camera alerts on identified "usual routes" - regardless of user alert settings. WAZE even stops showing ‘driving behaviour’ cameras at all (such as phone and seatbelt cameras) on the map on usual routes, regardless of user alert settings. This is a major fail. Start when and if I open the app not when I connect to car play
When I get into my car with my Car Play connected phone Waze should not automatically open. Google Maps doesn’t open when I get in my car and it is also part of Car Play. Most of the time, I know where I’m going and don’t need or want Waze to open. HGV and other vehicles
It would be really useful to have vehicle options for the weight and size of your vehicle. I.e HGV as this would really help with knowing a better ETA time me as lorries have to go slower and also plan the route for HGVs over 7.5 ton

Vox activated hazard reports in AA
Introduce voice command reports for road hazards available for users using Waze on Android auto on their vehicle's head unit. This would mean that drivers don't have to hunt and peck through the hazards menu.

The "Preferred fuel" should contain EV charging standards too (ChaDeMo, CCS, etc) and list EV chargers if set :) Thank you!
The car menu already provide relevant info if you set your preferred fuel, but it's only for ICE vehicles. Please add option for EV's, and if set, provide chargers as relevant information.
