Restore real-time route tracking
Waze used to provide highly accurate real-time traffic updates. I am requesting that this functionality be restored. Currently, the app seems to calculate travel time based on long-term historical statistics, which might be effective in massive megacities, but in a city of half a million people, the routing is consistently inaccurate.
Last week was a school holiday. Today, the app is clearly relying on statistics from that holiday period rather than the actual real-time traffic conditions. Due to these flawed formulas, a commute that should have taken 35 minutes ended up taking over an hour. Please prioritize real-time data over…1 vote -

Objetivo: Permitir que o usuário meça a distância exata entre dois pontos específicos dentro de uma rota já traçada, sem a necessidade de configurar "Paradas" ou alterar o destino final.
Como funcionaria:
Com a navegação ativa, o usuário daria um toque longo no mapa para definir o Ponto Inicial (A).
Um segundo toque longo definiria o Ponto Final (B).
O Waze exibiria flutuante na tela a distância total (km/m) apenas desse intervalo selecionado.

Highways Agency Flag
Can we have a report for Highways Agency under the police section. That are too many false reports for police when it is just Highways Agency going about their day, but it is important to know when HA are around as they can cause hazards

Give UK Miles and Yards option, do we not matter to Waze?
Finally give the British audience the Miles and Yards we have been protesting for. Yes, in the USA they use Miles and Feet but I CANNOT VISUALISE A FEET. A yard makes sense since it’s a football yard. PLEASE DO IT.

Could you add the mood of the editor in levels 4 and 6 in WME to the client Waze for different visiblity on live map because they are the best.
An editor can choose differents moods editor when he wants not just the dinosaur for levels 5.

Share location with family/friends
I would love the ability to use this app in place of another (for example, Life360) so that I can track my family's location and they can track mine. With arrival and departure alerts settings too.

Use yards not feet. Impossible to compute.
I can't work out distance in feet. Totally unused in UK. Please change as really don't want to use Google maps.

We should be able to pin were we seen police once we drove off from the location we seen them saved people from getting fined being on phone
Need to be able to pin a location after driving away cause if u grab your phone infront of a cop u will get pulled over and fined

Announce destination address and side of road
Rather than just saying, "We're here" say something like, "You've arrived at xxxx street on the right."

Include street name of next turn in list view
Please include the name of the street that you're turning on when looking down at the direction view of the app. It shows the next turn as being right, but you don't know the name of the street you're turning right onto!

Show open/close state of a venue when selecting it from favorites or history
When a user searches for a new venue and then selects it from search results, Waze shows a warning based on open hours of the venue, whether it's closed, will be closed soon, or will be opened soon. But if the search results show the same venue stored in history, the user doesn't get a warning about open/close state of the venue.
Please show open/close state of a venue also when it's selected from favorites or history.

View a route in steps display color
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make/create a way for Wazers to customize colors, icons and text sizes that work for them!!!
I have to use the Waze app. My display screen shows the map but in order to view the route in steps I have to use my iPhone. I have CarPlay, I don’t have a touchscreen, and I don’t have built in navigation system. The major issue is the inability to customize the background color, text color and the color of the icons, example: exit number, route number etc. by each step. The only options are a black background with white…1 vote
