Navigate through alerts popups
There have been many times when I'm stopped and Waze is cycling through the different alerts that people have reported and I'll see the tail end of one and then it changes and I have no way to go back to see it again.
I would like to see a forward, backwards, and don't show this alert again option.

Add Uservoice plugin to iPhone client
UserVoice are currently developing a uservoice plugin for the iPhone. It would be great to see this added to waze when it's finished.

geotagged photo's
Add a function to take geotagged photo's and show them on the map. This way you can take a picture of a street sign, and later enter the street name in cartouche without having to look it up on another map

Loading Status
I find that usually waze appears to load quite quickly, but will then freeze intermittently and loosing GPS lock whilst actually finishing 'loading' (Contacting server etc). It would be good it some form of message or progress bar could be shown so that it is obvious that it is still loading and not actually frozen

Does not work for Samsung FE25 since 12.06.2026
Did not find any other place to leave this feedback, but the application is unusable since 12.06.2026 for Samsung FE25. The application does not start the navigation and after reinstall it does not allow me to log in.

Better Navigation Steps
I think it would be better if the navigator says “at the next light turn ___” or “at the stop sign turn _” instead of “in ___ ft turn _____ on ____ street”, etc. I get really lost especially at night when it’s hard to read street signs and know how far ____ ft is.

Que se siga viendo el mapa cuando usamos otras aplicaciones
Pueden agregarle a la aplicacion que se puede seguir viendo el mapa por mas que uno este en otra aplicación , que se siga viendo mas chico. Eso estaría buenísimo ya que cuando uno abre otra app , el waze queda pero solo se escucha , no se puede ver minimizado más chico a un lado

Add love bugs alert to driving conditions
Driving in south Florida for more than 40 years and traveling north to Orlando area we encounter huge swarms of love bugs. This occurs twice a year and is a huge nuisance which could be helpful to know to protect your vehicle in advance.

I would like to report an issue with Waze on Apple CarPlay.
Issue description:
For approximately the last few weeks (around May 2026), Waze started experiencing a reproducible problem on my motorcycle CarPlay display (Interphone RideSync 70).While navigating, if I open the Alternative Routes screen and then return to navigation, the map disappears. Navigation guidance continues to work, but the map view is no longer displayed correctly.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start navigation in Waze using Apple CarPlay.
- Open the “Alternative Routes” menu.
- Select a route or return to the main navigation screen.
- The map disappears and does not return.

Feature Request: Display Bus Lane (Public Transport Lane) Operating Hours
I would like to suggest a feature that displays the operating hours of bus lanes (public transport lanes) directly in Waze.
In many areas, bus lanes are restricted only during certain hours of the day and are open to private vehicles at other times. Many drivers are unfamiliar with the local restrictions and therefore either avoid using the lane when it is allowed or accidentally enter it when it is restricted.
Suggested functionality:
Display whether the bus lane is currently active or inactive.

Map Display
The arrow on the map works horizontal all other maps the arrow faces vertical which is the way the car is travelling. Please allow to rotate the map so you can turn the map to suit your direction

Remove top directions banner
The black director banner on the top of the app is occupying waay to much screen space.
Today I noticed that the black directions banner bar larger than the actual map itself.
Please let us choose if we want the black directions banner on top or to remove it.
It's way useful to see the road ahead on the map instead of "50m until a right turn".
I'm using a galaxy s25 ultra and I still can't see the full map.

Speed cameras visual
I would like to provide feedback regarding the recent changes to speed camera alerts in Waze.
The previous speed camera warning system was much better and easier to see while driving. The blue progress bar provided a clear visual indication that a speed camera was ahead and remained visible as you approached and passed it.
The new circular camera indicator is much less noticeable and is harder to see at a glance. It requires more attention to the screen than the previous design, which defeats the purpose of having a clear and safe warning system.

Head up display
Dear Waze Team,
Please add Head-Up Display (HUD) support for Waze navigation in Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Many modern vehicles, including the new Toyota RAV4 2026, are equipped with advanced HUD systems that can display navigation instructions directly on the windshield. It would be extremely useful and safer if Waze could show upcoming turns, lane guidance, distance to the next maneuver, and other navigation information on the HUD.
Waze is my preferred navigation app, and HUD integration would greatly improve the driving experience and help drivers keep their eyes on the road.
