Location based and on route reminders
Often when I'm going somewhere I need to remember to take something with me, eg, a hand-me-down for my nephews when I visit my sister. But I always forget! Can Waze allow us to add reminders to specific destinations and remind us to bring the items when we put that destination into Waze.
Even better would be if Waze reminded us to bring all items we can drop off on any route we enter. eg, I'm heading to my sisters so Waze reminds me to bring the hand-me-down as above but the app also reminds me to take the recycling to the dump (which is only 2mins off my route to my sisters).
Even better would be showing the 'reminder locations' on the map and also on the route options map view.
I can't just leave items in the car as we cycle and use the moped too - and would still forget to drop them off!

The concept is simple but highly practical: it allows users to set a reminder linked directly to their chosen destination. Instead of being a traditional time-based alarm, this one would be triggered when the user arrives at their final destination.
Practical example:
Recently, my mother asked me to remind her to pick up a jacket from a store as soon as we arrived at our destination. However, we got distracted and went straight to another commitment, completely forgetting about it. If Waze had this feature, upon arrival the app could issue a notification such as:
“You have arrived at your destination. Don’t forget to pick up the jacket from the store.”Key benefits:
Helps users remember tasks and commitments associated with their trips.
Differentiates Waze by combining intelligent navigation with personal organization.
Increases user engagement and makes the app even more essential in daily life.

Add a spot for a reminder. For example: add area for a list or reminder once you get to your destination. Example: grocery store- pick up milk....once you get to work- get the brownies out of the backseat. Much like the child reminder, but for other things.

I thought it would be nice to set reminders based on the odometer and the distance that Waze tracks. That way reminders could be set to change oil, check tires, rotate tires and other maintenance.

I often forget to remove the phone from the car when arrived to destination. So my phone was robbed.
Would it be possible to have as an option a message ie 1 minute before arrival: "Don't forget to remove your phone?"
(Same app as Baby/child in the car reminder feature, when arriving to destination)

I wish I could create a to-do list inside the app so that it would notify me when I'm driving and passing something on my to do list such as dropping off a package. Since I'm always driving to and from work but don't know if it would be convenient to do some errands in unfamiliar areas.
