But issue is that there are very few user in my country. And we mostly use navigation app to avoid congestion. I do understand waze depends on crowd for gathering congestion data from crowd. But, it will be very useful if waze gathers additional congestion data from other sources like google.

Indeed, it seems that users have to notify manually the app when there is traffic congestion. This is how congestion is made visible to other users on the map. However, it would be useful if the app could detect traffic congestion automatically according to the users speed (the app doesn't detect automatically when the car speed slows down or when the car stops in the middle of traffic congestion).
