Audio as "incoming call"
I often use Waze in the car when NOT listening to the Bluetooth audio stream. Waze via the phone speaker is inaudible. Can Waze simulate an incoming call to the handsfree kit so it will mute audio and play the instructions over the speakers in the car rather than the speaker in my phone?

I use the earbud from the iphone 4 to listen to directions so it doesn't annoy anyone. Meantime the wire gets in the way of driving. Having bluetooth capability for the program would be a much safer alternative.
