The police force needs to be more diverse in race and sex.
An all white male police force speaks of things noone wants to be saying. Make that feature more realistically represented. Even if you made all cops appear as frogs in hats it would make more sense than showing a force that is all white and male. At the very least get rid if the faces use a car icon in its place.

I seen women with a mustache. Are you trying to take women back to kitchen wenches. Try being more inclusive and alwowing masculine type women a face on Waze: )
