Stop using the word "Accident" completely.
Crashes are not accidents. The NHTSA has stopped using the word accident in all communications. So have many state highway patrols, and local police. So has the medical profession. Please stop using "accident" on Waze, and instead use crash or collision. Accidents are quite rare, and the word is far to subjective to be using like this.

give me a break. an accident is, by definition, an event that happens by chance or that is without apparent or deliberate cause. no one caused the "crash" deliberately. Stop wasting the time of the Waze team

I wholly agree with this. Waze is wrong most of the time that the word "accident" is used. Most crashes involve some form of negligence. Drunk, drugged, distracted, high speed crashes all predictably result in crashes. By definition, if it is predictable, it is not an "accident". It would be much more accurate to use crash. Not only does it use fewer characters, but it also doesn't make any statement regarding the intent, fault or blame of the involved drivers. Please make this change.
