How about having a PERSON (i.e., Human Being) to TALK with for problems?

If the little "help" ideas don't seem to work as advertised, isn't there anyone there who can ACT like they're helping with login problems?

    Amen. Why can I never get somebody to talk to? It’s ridiculous.
