When using multimedia device in a vehicle and running Waze, the entire screen is used by Waze so there is no visible clock so adding one on the app itself can help

use the ETA area for (changed on every click)
- ETA (when I will be there)
- current time (what time is it)
- remaining time until arrival (how long will I have to go)
- trip duration (how long am I on the road already)
and remember the last option

I would like to see the clock plus travel time remaining instead of the ETA

For me, ok for an optional clock but please keep your stupid reasons for yourself, you'll be nice !

no need, nearly all car have a clock.
and when you plan a destination there are the ETA.
enough for me (dont forget we have small screen)

When measurement setting is metric (or meters) the rest of the system should be on metric too including earning points and clock which should be 24 hour clock
