Reporting Feature / Report Editing
The ability to create or move an item you reported, e.g. police, accident, etc. after the fact.
Sometimes you happen upon an accident scene so suddenly you do not think immediately of reporting it on Waze. And it won't help to report it 1 km further. So I would like to be able to add the event and select the precise location after I left the area already. And the ability to drag the icon to a more precise location if I reported it a tad too late.
Also, if I am driving alone without a passenger to click the buttons, it would be nice to be able to report something the moment I have stopped. Maybe you can add a time limit so that reports can only be made up to 5 or 10 minutes after you've left that specific spot, to prevent false reports.

The ability to submit a report I,E police location after your trip is concluded. Conditions are that your app must recognise you have driven down that road within the last X amount of time for a report to be allowed

In Toronto, Canada, its illegal to touch your device while driving, so we are unable to add new data (ie red light cameras) while driving
