w3w is an awesome solution for granular location references, when "where is x" gets a long winded answer, and addresses don't tell enough story - meet someone at a park, on the beach, where is the entrance... an address typically can get you close, but w3w gets you there.

What3Words is an easily available and much more accurate way to clearly identify location than street addresses, Lat/Long, or even grid coordinates.
