Alert selection
there's a feature to have alerts only, but not one to have directions only. This seems so obvious. Even better would be to select which alerts you're notified about. The vehicle on shoulder seems to be abused by those seeking to collect points. Police and objects on road are important, but rarely is a vehicle on the shoulder a legitimate hazard.

Please make audio alerts selective. I live in Houston, and there's a car on the side of the road every other mile. It's really annoying to have my phone mute (but not pause) whatever podcast or audiobook I'm listening to to tell me about every single shouldered car, but I don't want to give up the other alerts to make it stop. I just don't care about the car in the shoulder.
