adding a visual mark to our Waze symbol so other users can see if we can help them, e.g. I'm carrying a portable battery booster, tire repair kit, cell phone charger, etc...

You can register to a "waze to the rescue" service in which you can post and receive notification of near by users who have DIY mechanical problems such as flat tire, cable jump start and need assistance in solving the problem. that is social service at its best!
