Why not enable account recovery when email verification was not previously done?

I have lost 150 000 points because of a phone change, y can´t recover my account because I never registered my email.
18 months ago, with just a phone number was required!!!

    Everytime I change a phone, I can't login to my account and when I do, it does not have my history. Now I'm logging but lost all my history. Points , favourite locations etc. How do I recover NY previous favourite locations please?tq

    Everytime I have tryed to lock my account its lost I have create new account this is really sick I have my but it cant recognise my id what idiot system says cannot find account
