Message a license plate
Hi there. How about if users register their license plates and so we could send "car-to-car" messages?! I see lights left turned on, open cars in parking lots, broken lights etc and with a feature like that I could tell the owner by "messaging his/her car", regardless any other info. Nice, huh?!

To avoid bad usage of this services, I would recommend a predefined set of messages and it should not be possible to write free text. Also should be possible to block abusers.
