Different icons for search results
Is is possible to differentiate the icon for cities and for all other places in search results?
Currently all of them have this "pin" icon and this is okay for all places, but it would be much clearer, if you used different icon to mark cities (like a globe or something).

In this example the first result is a village and a cottage with the same name is the second.

Por ejemplo no existe categoria para residencias de ancianos, o inmobiliarias, tampoco existe la categoria de vivero o pizzeria, estanco tamo. Creo que habria que añadir categorias para poder diferenciar mas los lugares, ademas habria que modificar los iconos ya que no puede tener el mismo icono una fabrica y un hospital.
Por ejemplo, una farmacia tiene un icono tipico, al igual que los hospitales.
Deberia dejar tambien poner el logotipo del tipo de estacion de transporte, por ejemplo metro, cercanias, (en españa)- Since Waze added the ability to create places to go, I've noticed that it needs more categories (like the ones on Google Maps).
For example, there's no category for nursing homes or real estate agencies, nor is there one for a plant nursery, pizzeria, or tobacco shop. I think categories should be added to better differentiate places. Also, the icons should be modified, as a factory and a hospital shouldn't have the same icon.
For example, a pharmacy has a typical icon, as do hospitals.
It should also allow the inclusion of the logo for the type of transport station, for example, metro or cercanias (in Spain). -

We have the same problem in my state in Brazil. We have a city and a river called "Rio Brilhante" and if the user has no attention he will be guided to the wrong place.
