Report vehicle on shoulder of on/off ramp
If near an on/off ramp and reporting a vehicle on the shoulder, it should ask if the vehicle is on the shoulder of the highway or the ramp.

Vehicle on shoulder -- could we have a way to report if it is on the left or right shoulder? In the U.S., the vast majority of the time the vehicle will be reported on the right shoulder. However, occasionally a vehicle is on the left shoulder on a busy, multilane interstate. These are especially important to be aware of, as most drivers don't expect a vehicle there, and if there is a barrier between the two directions of the interstate, the left shoulder can be quite narrow and the vehicle quite close to the leftmost lane of traffic.
