The same happens to me. It is really ridiculous to put a message interrupting the navigation that, on the other hand, does not need that file to work. I was looking for how to stop that message without luck until now.
It makes me wonder what they were thinking

The pop ups are distracting and very dangerous while driving. If you don't get rid of them, I'm deleting the app for good!!!!

Imagine being on a motorcycle, gloves on and riding along and a pop up window appears. Subject has one expample, another example "Like our app? Rate it here". There are others but these pop ups should go away after a time limit. Otherwise, it stays that way the entire trip. Really a hazard to force the driver to respond to the screen.

Why am I suddenly getting these half screen pop ups that ask me if I want to drive to to a nearby restaurant? And these surveys with questions? It is not only annoying but it is a safety concern. I am SO disappointed in the direction of this app right now.

Popups on waze are bloody hazardous and can cause accidents .it interferes with ur concentration..it shud be made illegal

Please provide information on how to disable popups. It is a distraction for me when I'm driving and have to clear the popup in order to see the screen.
