Heads up Display (HUD)

make an heads up display icon so that the user can place it on their dash and the reflection will show up on the windshield.. for night time driving whee it is safer to stare closer to the road versus looking down...other apps use this idea but they dont have the GPS ability..it will set waze apart from all other GPS systems..and make it look extra cool!

    Please add a HUD option to invert the image. Please please please. I don’t like using other maps when I need to use the HUD option.

    What do you mean by HUD mode? A simple mirroring of the existing app or mirroring plus changing the way the information is displayed?

    Without A HUD option, I just cannot chance using Waze any longer. I'm just sorry I paid for the premium version of a developer who isn't listening to their customers. Lesson learned.

    Het is jammer dat Waze niet op een HUD (mirror screening) weergegeven kan worden. Is dit in de toekomst wel zo ?

    HUD is available in other applications, I use Waze through car play would be a great addition

    I have used GPS devices since they came out in Japan. I am a longtime Waze user. Waze is a great app. Waze needs to make a HUD mode or they will start to loose users. You can buy a HUD device for $5 now so more people are using them. All Waze has to do is invert the screen and rotate it 90 degrees so it will work with the phone turned long edge and it will work perfect. They can mess around with other stuff after they do that if they want but just need to do those basic things now. It is way overdue for Waze to make a HUD mode.

    Dittos to most comments. HUD as WAZE app or work with VIZR. Preferably WAZE since VIZR seems to have some technical problems that WAZE could solve.
