Offer a "Known Enforcement Point" report the way trapster does it. Report an area where police tend to hide and take radar.

This is a great idea for people who are on long trips. It could be governed on the frequency of number of reports for a location over a period of a few months. Color the background of a frequent location with a color based on number of reports. It would be very helpful.
