way to tell waze I'm in the other parallel road
Sometimes waze tells me to enter the highway when it has heavy traffic and the service road I am is much faster. Then I disobey him, but it thinks I'm in the highway and keeps collection wrong data.
I think we you could have an option that when enabled and waze can't be sure in which of 2 parallel roads I am, I could tell him he got it wrong.
It must be a single touch in the screen to alternate between the roads, because I would be driving when it happens.
This way I would generate better data for waze.

No update for this? This morning Waze thought I was in the HOV lane on the highway, but I wasn't. I was just in a normal lane. I couldn't find any way to tell waze to calculate my route from the highway so I had to change to google maps.

This happens daily to me when there's congestion on the highway, I exit to the frontage road because it's faster, Waze still thinks I'm on the highway, and probably sends data saying the highway isn't backed up like it is.
There needs to be a button to say "On a different road!"

Fully support this suggestion and way of achieving it. It would bring waze closer to "perfection".

It indeed would help to improve waze routing system precision, since today it does not know which road we are. If we decide to disagree with ease route and proceed to the other parallel road waze today believes we followed its suggestion updating the wrong road. Definitively this one should be considered.

I totally agree, it happens due to the lack of GPS system precision. The interaction could be done by a unique gesture, e.g. a double touch or touch & swipe to the right (or left) to toggle between roads.
Great idea.
