Add Hal from 2001 Space Odyssey voice

Add Hal's voice to Waze as an option.

The important part is it must call everyone "Dave". For example, if you take a wrong turn you hear "Where are you going Dave?"

    Yes, please do this!!!!! Imagine hearing "I'm afraid" when it gives a direction and you don't follow it
