spoken voice warning for hazards

SAFETY!
Every time there is a hazard reported you need to look on the screen to identify what it is.
Please add spoken voice warning so drivers do not need to take their eyes off the road when the warning comes in - sometimes the hazard is moving or flagged too late on the road and you could already "bump" into it...

    Can you speak to the Waze App to report hazards verbally instead of touching the phone? I’m still learning how to use it safely. Thanks
