To be able to add a place where there is trash to clean
Hi Waze Team,
We were looking for a map of places where people drop trash, you know, like on the side of a road with lots of plastic bags for example. Why ? Because we would like to easily organize trashremoval operations with our association to protect the environnement. And we were thinking : what would be better than people just having to push a button on the Waze app to pin point the location of such trashy places ? Is it something you'd be willing to consider ?
Like me when i see a police control, i signal it to other drivers, that way i could also indicate to the thousands of people who want to clean the environnement (see on twitter the #trashchallenge hashtags) where it is necessary to clean.
It would be extremely useful and could be set in a filter so that only those who are interested can see it on their maps.

In many areas garbages trucks take up a lane of traffic and jam traffic up pretty bad. Would it be possible to add an icon for said garbage perhaps an icon with an arrow for which direction it’s traveling but I’m just a regular ol blue collar fella, what do i know?

Feature added that allows trash to be identified, just as a hazard in the road, therefore alerting others of trash to be picked-up. Depending on size of trash results in different incentives, for those collecting the trash.

add the capability for a user to be able to photograph an/or geo locate, dumped garbage along roads and then notify the local trash haulers and local units of government for pickup? One of our members asked if we knew of an app that would do this.

This little extension in the Waze app can really prevent unexpected delays in the road. People can just report a garbage truck in a certain road and others will be happy to see that and actually avoid the exact road.
Slowly people can update the location of the truck and keep helping other people arriving to different roads the truck is traveling through.
As a waze user, sometimes I get stuck behind these trucks and get very upset about waze not giving me the actual correct time of arrival.
Hopefully such a thing can really help waze giving us, users, the perfect time of arrival, no surprises. -

would it be possible you to consider garbage truck => so the app would prevent us from entering a street that is blocked

חשבנו על יישומון, המבוסס על הרשת החברתית של ווייז בכדי לעודד אנשים למחזר.
במקום למצוא תחנות דלק, שוטרים ומצלמות, ניתן יהיה למצוא מחזוריות שונות (פלסטיק, נייר, זכוכית וכדומה).
הרשת תמדוד מרחק אווירי מהמחזורית, מכיוון שאנו מניחים שאנשים בסביבה הקרובה יחפשו את המחזוריות.
המשתמשים יוכלו לדווח על מחזוריות מלאות, כך שיבואו לרוקן אותן, על מיקום שגוי, שינוי מיקום וכדומה.
נשמח להתייחסותכם, הערות, הארות ולכל עזרה שתוכלו לתת לפרויקט זה.

The most frustrating day of the week for drivers .The garbage day . Causing lots of traffic. Let's make it happen how about a garbage truck button on route.

It would be great to be able to report a frequently stopping vehicle such as school busses, garbage/recycling trucks and mail trucks that can cause a delay on roads if stuck behind.
