Tap the speed circle to switch miles to km

I'm traveling between Canada and the US, and I believe tapping the speed circle to switch miles to km we'll improve the user experience

    I'm also a frequent traveler between Canada and the United States. It's not safe with the current way of changing this manually while driving. This should either be automated or ability to change with a tap on the speedometer.

    I am amazed this has not been implemented yet. Surely a must have for drivers going across borders not only Canada/US, but for UK/EU.

    Allow the speed limit unit to be set separately to the navigation distance unit. I.e. speed limit in mph and distance in km.
