Sound to Car Infotainment Connection Test Button
Setting up / integrating WAZE with a car's infotainment system has a large number of variables with cable, Bluetooth and WiFi being examples. It would be really handy to have a test button that would run through WAZE's range of warnings to test such connections in a stationary vehicle.

One the setup menu "voice directions" we can define the volume. My suggestion is to add a test button, this way we can to check if this is the correct volume that we want, otherwise during the ride we must adjust the volume (safety issues).

Would sure like to have an icon to prompt the app to 'speak' so I know I have audio and it's coming from the correct device - phone, car system, bluetooth, whatever. Frequently lose audio w/o knowing why; or, that it's even happened. Would be particularly useful when I'm on my motorcycle getting directions from app via phone and bluetooth. If there is a way to do this now [that I haven't found - other than by re-starting the route] please let me know. Thanks.

1 - It would be nice to have a "test audio signal" when you open the app. Sometimes when I start using the app I´m not sure weather the bluetooth audio connection is working in the car until I hear (or not hear) the next direction.
2 - Suppose you stop on a shoulder or are parked on a two way street. You start Waze and select your destination. Waze will asume you are going in one direction. Many times you are going the other way and you have to wait till Waze recognizes it, recalculates and makes you go round the corner or make a U turn. Wouldn´t it be better if it had an icon on the home screen (when you are on a two way road) to tell Waze which way you are going?
Hope you find this ideas helpful.
