Since it appears that you refuse to implement actual (automatic) sorting of favorites, please create an Import / Export / Backup feature for favorites as .csv or text file(s).

This will allow users to export the favorites, sort them, and import / overwrite without the need to drag & drop dozens, or hundreds of favorites each time Waze reorganizes the list.

Perhaps you can provide an automated export / backup using the date, to prevent overwriting each previous revision, too.

Hundreds, or thousands of users will appreciate you providing this / these enhancement(s).

I would like the option to be able to backup/restore all my favourites, which I have very many to either SD card or the phone.. So if I need to reinstall Waze for some reason favourites can be restored or if I have a new phone

It is unclear to me whether the Waze Favorites data gets stored on a Waze server or not, please clarify? I know that this data is not saved to my Verizon Cloud account, and I cannot find a way to make that happen.
If the data is not stored on a Waze server, please make the name and location of the file that contains the favorites (on Android) known to your user base, so that we can opt to back up that file to a pc.
This is important to me because my smartphone crashed a couple of months ago and I had to recreate all my favorites manually.
