enable svox tts

Enable use of SVOX TTS. They have very friendly voices and since I've paid for them, it would be nice to have the same voice for this app as I have for everything thing else. Not a "show stopper" by any means but it would be nice. WONDERFUL PROGRAM! WELL DONE.

    I miss Victoria's sexy voice and I love editing pronunciations to rephrase things into more personality.
