When an office employee clicks "Work" as their destination, Waze should send a message to the building automation system with that workers ID (coded, or their name, or desk number) and the building automation system can calculate the pre-start time needed for the HVAC system to ensure the space is up to temperature when the employee arrives. This will prevent unnecessarily early starts, also will start the system if they come in early, or on an unscheduled day. When Waze becomes aware that the user is leaving the building, the HVAC can stop. If the employee stays home, the system will not need to start at all. This will save energy, add to employee satisfaction.
