Improve rendering of Livemap
The live map has some rendering issues that make it less attractive.
The first issue is with the dotted lines that appear down the middle of MH and FW segments when the map is zoomed in, as well as the lines of PS segments. These lines display over other map features when they shouldn't, such as when the road is an underpass or it is intersecting with a higher-priority road. (It shouldn't be difficult to change the rendering order of these features.)
The second issue is with the way corners on segments are smoothed. 90-degree corners in the middle of segments, for instance, often cause the entire segment to be deformed to a wide curve shape that completely misrepresents the segment. This wouldn't happen if there was some sort of maximum radius so that segments are never rendered more than a few meters away from their actual shapes.
