Does this ETA notification service update your contact if you are delayed due to an accident or cyraffic congestion?? Want to let someone know exactly when you'll arrive?

As soon as travel time changes more then a certain percentage it should automatically send an update..
And when you travel to a contact with a mobile number this should be suggested as the number to send an ETA to in the first place.
