A number of suggestions after using waze for about 6 years
reduce the number of interactions with the driver. Stop it with the social-media-like requests. You're distracting the driver.
put a big "Back to the main map" button in all of the menus. I've been using Waze for over years and it's still confusing and frustrating to go back to the map or exit a menu, especially when driving.
for the vignette system! - Inform the driver that if they don't select a certain vignette, their routes will not be selected on that type of road. (Highways that require X vignette were not included in the planning of your route. Do you have that vignette?). This caused me to drive around highways a few times because Even though I had the vignette, i didn't input this in waze. (I ended up selecting all the road taxes in the list, to make sure this doesn't happen again, which made this feature useless)
don't ask for input in major intersections or on highway exits / entrances.
