One of the the main city streets in Lisbon (Estrada de Benfica) is just available for public transportation (bus, taxi, etc) and because of that, Waze naturally avoids using it. The thing is Waze knows I live in one of that street's arteries, so I should able to use it to get home using Waze, just like in real life. So my suggestion is that if Waze knows my home is wihtin a certain radius of a restricted street, that I should be able to use it and not force me into a crazy route just to avoid that main street.
