I would like to address you with one suggestion. I'm an everyday user of Waze and I came up with one small adjustment that might help.
When entering an accident, would it be possible to add to the application the option to mark the lane where the accident occurred? At the moment, it is written in the accident report, but few people read here. I often see situations where cars change into another lane, for example on the highway at the last minute, and this change could help to make the lanes smoother before the accident.
