Two things.

Please provide more time to turn when you advise a driver to make a turn. In a 25 mph zone, it is fine. But if you are in a 50-60 mph zone, you are into the turn by the time Waze says turn or you are going past turn.

Secondly, stop having that green carpool thing pop up. It often pops up when I'm about to get to my turn which means I have to reach for my phone, slide the car pool thing off the screen to get back to my directions. Since I shouldn't be on my phone while I'm driving, it is a safety issue as well as I've missed turns because of it.
