Add client side Reports to live map & ability to edit from pin on live map
Currently when a user submits a report it's not visible on client side live map.
Add display of a pin đź“Ť designating 'Active Reports' upon creation to client side of route on live map, and allow edits to Active Reports on live map 'pin' press expansion.
