to be able to give more depth of inaccuracy of the gps system, instead of receiving a email almost a week later asking what was wrong with what we reported, and also to locate where we are

As a volunteer who regularly responds to user reports - it would greatly help us if users add sufficient details to the original report instead of us having to ask for it sometimes many days later.
The WME Map Editor screen doesn't show reports instantaneously -- it may be a couple hours, and as we all have regular (paying) jobs, it may take several days to respond.
I agree with Drew's comment: the Waze server should apply fuzzy logic to analyze the initial report to determine if it contained enough information, then prompt the user to add details at the end of the drive. Or at a stop light.

An immediate email where details aren't provided by the reporting user would allow additional details when the drive was over.
