After losing my phone, I couldn't access my Chime account due to two-factor authentication. I contacted customer service, but the process was frustratingly slow. I found others with similar issues on https://chime.pissedconsumer.com/review.html . Eventually, I managed to regain access, but the experience left me wary of relying solely on digital banking.
