Stop auto refreshing and zooming back in when I am trying to zoom out and see all of the possible routes to my destination... Going from city to city there are different routes. I must zoom out to look at the path they take. ...but this app zooms back to my car location as soon as I zoom out. It makes picking the best route a blind guess instead of something better.

Please. For the love of everyone everywhere, STOP AUTO ZOOMING TO OUR CURRENT LOCATION RANDOMLY. If you don't keep touching the screen, you can't even CHECK the upcoming road conditions because it keeps sending you back to your current location!! FIX THIS!!!!! THERE ARE MANY MANY RESPONSES ABOUT THIS, LETS GET THIS FIXED!! HOW MANY COMPLAINTS DOES IT TAKE TO GET SOME ACTION ON THIS ISSUE!?!?!?!?!

The app is great for hassles of Covid and just road issues in general but the map is very unresponsive and zooming and turning map with fingers is a nightmare.
It would also be nice if maybe there was road issue icons on the right of the screen that you could just swipe to the left if you were encountering the issue e.g road works being able to swipe a road work Icon while driving passed could highlight area quickly and easily

I hate this so much. I zoom to something, hand.the phone to someone, and snap back.
I zoom ro something, must keep finger on the screen to show someone AND EVEN THEN sometimes it snaps back

When you are actively zooming out to look at the route or moving around to study it, the app for no obvious reason moves you right back to the start. I often manual inspect the route when I won't have network during the trip to cache the map data and autozoom makes that impossible
