The built-in HOME category is good for everyone, but WORK isn't necessary for retirees and others without a fixed work location. If I could remove WORK entirely (rarher than just edit address), it would leave more room for other priority Favorites to show on the Home screen.

I work from home I don't need this option, why is it required?!

PLEASE allow option to remove Work button, or rename it and use it for something else. Retired and don't need a constant reminder of that horror show!!

Would like the option to permanently remove the “work” button. I havealready deleted the address but the button remains to taunt me. I retired early because it was a very toxic environment..so I don’t want to even ‘see’ the button. Remove or have option to rename it

Please allow the option to remove the work icon. Many people don't need it and it's annoying for it to be the 2nd icon that shows up.

Agree, am retired and would like "Work" removed, or the ability to rename it.

In “Settings” allow user to turn off Work and/or Home saved locations. I am retired so Work is a useless setting taking up space and can’t be removed. I’d prefer to save my custom locations in that space.

It is discriminatory to keep the WORK button.

This thread has been around for years. Will it ever be done? I wonder how difficult is to hide a simple button that lots of people are not using. Can't be that complex, I don't understand why this still is being shown.

Not everyone has a fixed work location, and not everyone works!

This really should have been updated to allow for customization by now. So many people using Waze don’t need the “Work” box, but do need to add more favorites. Love the app, please update it.

I, like many, work from home. So the "Work" button is not what I need. Let us remove it as it just takes up the screen on Apple CarPlay that I could instead use for saved places.

It would be great if there was the ability to either remove the Work category, or change the order of categories to put Work at the end so that places that are used more frequently can be moved to the front.
Many people are retired or work from home, so the Work category is just a nuisance to have there.
