The current sequence in ios12 is
Tap search icon
(search bar should be present when app first opens)
Type address
Select address
Tap go (or go later)
Wait
Tap to 'go now'

That's really poor interaction.

Once I've selected my destination and chosen between 'go later' and 'go' why do you then force me to 'look for a better time to go' 'add a stop' and then the infuriating 'go now'.

I already indicated my desire to go when opening the app, and indicated my desire to go 'Now' when I didn't choose 'go later'.

Adding a stop, checking routes, sharing destination, could be done from that first screen or from the map once underway.

PLEASE remove Go Now button when getting destinations from Lyft/Uber apps. There is essentially never a need for this use. Any reduction in time to seeing first direction move greatly appreciated.

Remove the damned irritating GoNow button.

It is obvious I want to "go now" if I selected a fucking destination. I don't use Waze for anything else.

And increase the Cop warning from the utterly useless 450 meters to at least 1.5 km. Or let us decide how far with an option for it.

Add mode for Transportation Network Company driving:

- Remove countdown when GPS is pushed to Waze from TNC apps.

- Remove "Go Now" button. When TNC app pushes through GPS coordinates, I just want Waze to take me there. This another 2 seconds we have to take our eyes off the road.

- Destination Flag: Show an approximate address instead of just showing the flag.

- Destination Arrival Time-out: Keep the address or flag showing for a few seconds after arriving.
