My name is Gali and I am using the app. The problem is that the setting of the system as a private car is not the default, and this creates a situation where the application directs the driver to the path of public transportation. For those like me who are not great technology's , I was not aware of this and I got into such a situation, as I am sure happens to many people like me.
The roads are so crowded and packed, especially in Israel, moreover, you have no way to escape due to the construction of the rail.
I suggest that the definition in the application will be a private car and not a public car or a taxi by default. thank you
