Hazard Report End Date
Give users the option to set a hazard report time out or end date. It should default to something sensible for the type of hazard, but can be modified if desired.
For example, there are currently roadworks ongoing for a 2 month period on my daily commute while they are joining up roads and installing a roundabout. The road surface is gravel as they are replacing the road base.
Every day I report it, and almost every day it times out and disappears by the time I drive home again.
Similarly, potholes do not disappear until they are fixed - the warnings should not time out.
If the report is voted as no longer there, then it can be deleted early.

There are 5 road works on way to work every day. Next day there are same 5 road works. It will be same 5 notification whole year! Why the hell it's notifying every day for the same bloody road works. I don't want to be notified. It is distracting, bothering and relly irritating.
