Let users report when a multi-lane route has a section cut off and cars have to merge into a left or right lane, so it will warn users coming up to the merge to go ahead and starve merging into the other lanes.

This could be another button to report on the user interface.

Ex: when a 4 lane highway has construction on it and part is cut off, cars have to merge into 2 lanes. For less traffic and easier navigation, being warned to go ahead and merge would tell a user to get over either left or right for their safety.
