interface for favorites
interface update makes it so difficult to get to favorites. have to swipe up and inadvertently swipe around the map. have to click search then to get to favorites or saved places. so difficult

This really threw me too. Spent forever trying to figure out where my Favorites list and all my little stars went. Thought they must be somewhere because a few places I'd named showed in the recent list with little pennants. Finally saw the Saved button - but you DON'T SEE that part of the UI until you go to try to type in the where to field! If you only pull up on the 'where to' menu - which is how I'd always used it - that row of buttons is not there. And if you don't see the Saved button on that row, and tap the 'more' button instead, Saved is NOT IN THAT LIST.
And if you web search saying where did my waze favorites go, you just get results saying you probably aren't logged in.
