Locating fuel and restaurants
Why is it when I search for fuel or food, Waze will give locations in the opposite direction to where I’m traveling? If I’m traveling North, I don’t need locations that are south of my direction.

Agreed. Canidate selection when clicking gas/feed icon along the route is terrible.
Instead of showing gas stations within next 30min of driving i get shown one pump nearby then plenty of pumps far far away, which is nonsense.
Same for food - if i click on the food, i want to eat shortly, not get shown restaurants at the end of 12hr drive. -

I don't mean pop up ads that people don't like. I mean make a feature you can click to obtain fast food like the gas station option. I don't like having to toggle between Waze and Google map or individual restaurant locator apps.

For travelers, not in towns, it would be helpful to identify dining options along interstates ahead of time rather than having to rely on billboards and state exit signs.
