Add “avoid freeways” to drop down menu on map screen.
It would be super useful to have the option to avoid freeway’s using the drop down list instead of having to scroll through all the preferences to find it. Especially once you’ve already started driving, and you want to change routes. It’s much more useful than “avoid ferries” when you live in a big city. I have 3 freeways near my home, and when I need to go just a few miles it always wants to put on a freeway just to have me get off one exit later.

When choosing a destination there is an option to "Avoid" certain types of roads or routes, and that lets you change the navigation preferences. I'd like an option to change preferences for THIS DRIVE ONLY. For example today I wanted to avoid freeways, but I don't want to change my permantent navigation setting to avoid freeways - only for this drive. Also, in the 'quick' avoid menu there are only options to avoid Toll Roads and Ferries - things which aren't normally part of my commute anyway. There should be a way to scroll or expand that view to include more navigation options (like freeways or unpaved roads). In rural areas switching unpaved roads can be a big deal - saving lots of time if everything is dry, or adding significant risk if there is a lot of rain.

Sometimes I prefer to take back roads on my commute when traffic is bad. The quick toggle includes ferries and tolls. Please consider adding the option to avoid freeways to this.
