With the 'auto' map display option enabled, which switches between 2D (when stationary) and 3D (when driving) modes, after a destination has been reached while navigating a route, the map display is stuck in 3D mode and does not switch back to 2D mode.
This makes it difficult to browse the map and select another route destination and only restarting the app solves the issue.
