The new system for reporting road closures is nearly useless. I used to simply indicate a direction, now it asks for a lane and no direction. Consequently I have encountered many more unreported closures and I have difficulty reporting them because I've gone past them and can't say what is closed - it just asks for left, centre or right lane. Grrr! Is the Google takeover finally taking effect? Less sense, more convolution... I also note that to send in this suggestion, my Waze login isn't valid - Google login is required.

Reported it as critical because my journey this morning took nearly twice as long because of unexpected closures. On the way back, I used Here instead! Not done that for quite a few years!
